		<description>Great post....and yes, creativity is key...so is customization. The big problem is that there is still so much reluctance and resistence to get creative i.e. use that noggin&#039;, get off your ass and work a little harder to engage an otherwise disinterested consumer.

In the case of [x 1] and B-K-G, I take my hat off to them for their leadership and vision.

Now comes the hard part...ROI.

I always say if you want to get the right answers, ask the right questions. In the case of B-K-G, the goal and objective was singular, succinct and very tangible.

To date (to my knowledge), they have not hired that one person via their ATS sponsorship. That said, a) I&#039;m not giving up because I believe in them and the power of the originality of their sponsorship and b) I think they&#039;ve definitely raised their awareness in the market, not to mention the goodwill (like in your post) from their actions.
