I HATE AMERICAN AIRLINES!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst. Won’t budge, help out customers, etc!!!!!! Nothing. THE WORST. Have tried called several several times to get out on an earlier flight due to weather but they will not even budge. AMERICAN SUCKS!!!!!!! It is an embarrassment that they bear the name of our country.
