[...] I was all set to add post number 5 on the Trends and Truisms list when I saw a comment on post number 4 from my new friend Kirk Skodis over at Real Pie Media. I meet Kirk through Joseph Jaffe’s Month Of Experimentation. Following that Kirk and I decided to make a joint donation to One Laptop Per Child . Now, after looking through Kirk’s work I am a huge fan and have gotten completely sidetracked by his Facebook App for Bucket List. (Kirk, we need to hop on a call soon, I may need you to create me an App ) [...]

[...] Mercifully, the time for year-in-review posts and top ten lists is almost behind us. Mind you, there were plenty of interesting recaps of media and technology action in the past year, not to mention lists of popular techie podcasts from IT Conversations, viral videos (and the difference between memorable and most viewed), social media moments, and lists of lists.
Adam

I think that over the next eight days I will touch upon things related to this matter, however I am a big fan of guest posts and would love to include something that you wrote. Let me know if you want to put a post together and I will include it in the final product!

How about a broader realization of "guerilla media": ...as in, (and I'm sure most people aren't going to like this) but the idea that the next "hit" in content can come from just about anywhere and from anyone. For marketers, this means a general sense of uncertainty in and distrust of content, and a more strict adherence to one medium (widgets, mobile, what have you) as the great accomodater for uncertain content.
