We have a motley and mighty troupe in the tent with us at all times. But, in case you are wondering who holds down the fort, it’s us:
Adam BroitmanAdam is a recognized wizard in all aspects of the ever-changing digital media+marketing landscape. A thought leader in the industry, Adam is known for devising cutting edge, attention-grabbing marketing strategies for Kraft, The New York Times and Panasonic to LVMH and A&E. Prior to founding Circ.us, Adam was Director of Strategy at Crayon and Director of Emerging and Creative Strategy for Morpheus Media. He started his digital marketing career at Digitas, working on the American Express team. Adam pontificates, or blogs rather, on this site and writes for industry publications such as iMediaconnection. An incessant talker, you can find Adam speaking or holding court at various industry organization events such as iMedia, OMMA and the PRSA. Adam holds a B.A. in English Lit. from Queens College and an M.A. in Media Studies from The New School University. He also plays guitar and would be happy to sing Karaoke at your wedding or bar mitzvah (for a small fee+dinner). He also mans the sewing machine we use to stitch all our clown costumes. |
John SwordsSwords is a strategist and producer of social media with experience in virtual worlds, augmented reality and other forms of social software that are the bedrock of our work for clients. John has worked with world class entertainment brands such as MTV, CBS, NBC Universal, Time Warner AOL, Sony BMG and NBA. They loved him. John Swords has been a social technology entrepreneur most of his life, with Circ.us being one of several enlightened adventures. Swords was previously Director of Business Development and Executive Producer for Electric Sheep Company, an Emmy award-winning virtual worlds development company. John is a founding contributor to the Metaverse Roadmap Project and is a frequent speaker at social media and virtual world conferences. Everyone loves him there too. As an independent media producer, he has produced hundreds of hours of recorded sessions on social software as well as award winning machinima. And guess what? He drives our clown car. |
