We all love Google, right?
I love Google. I love most of their products; Gmail, Reader, Docs and who could forget good old search.
Over the years many have accused Google of things such as stealing revenue, diverting traffic to competitive brands and other such offenses. Sometimes I agree, and sometimes I don’t, but the fact remains [...]
The speed at which new business systems grow is becoming exponentially faster. Lower barriers to entry for many business sectors have made Clayton Christensen’s “Innovators Dilemma” more real than ever. At the current time there is a battle going on over the ability to port social data across the web. As The Battle for the Open Web continues, my money is shifting to the newer company.
Google recently launched a number of experiments; two of the more compelling experiments (in my opinion) are the timeline view and the map view. On first glance, these may just seem like cool features-to me they are much more than that. A few things are being accomplished here:

Thanks to Brad Berens for bringing this to my attention as I was ready to leave the office and get in an early night. Thanks for keeping me up all night Brad!
Anyhow, I was alerted to Lively by Brad via Read Write Web and had no choice but to jump right in. Rather [...]
